At Ashley Rose Creative Studio, every piece is carefully designed and made to order with love and attention to detail. Because of this, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons like “changed my mind” or “ordered the wrong size.”

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’re here to help! You may submit an appeal to request a replacement or refund.


How to Submit an Appeal

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your submission and respond within 3 business days with next steps.

Appeal Outcomes

  • Replacement: We will create and ship a new item at no additional cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund for the affected item(s).

Please note: All decisions are made on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair resolution while maintaining the quality and integrity of our handmade products.

If you need to adjust your shipping address or other details, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can only accommodate changes before production begins.
